For me it's got to be " I'm one of the few people you'll that's written more books that he's read" I thinkk i got that right. Sheer brilliance.

I don't know if this counts as just one line, it's more of a short scene, but it's the bit where Reed is on the phone in Episode 2, and someone calls him to tell him about the floating objects - Richard Ayoade's timing/delivery is amazing, it's perfectly bad, something to the effect of:

[Picks up phone]
"Uh-huh. Bye."
[Hangs up]
"Apparently a group of miscellaneous objects are floating on their own accord down in E-Wing..."
[Picks phone back up for a moment, hangs it back up]
"And it seems more objects are headed this way."
[To the phone, while it's hung-up] "...Good bye."

Absolutely hilarious, my friends and I LOST IT at that part, we watched it like 3 times over!

"As I rounded the corner I felt muscular and compact. Like Corned Beef."

Also, from the DVD footage, when Dean is talking about editing Garth's work;

"If I think the book needs to be longer, I'll make it longer. That might mean putting more words in; it might mean making the pages thicker. Depends what we've got time for."

---
"Not since Orson Welles had one man so many fingers in so many pies, and been the chef as well. And then looked like he went and ate them all. The guy was out of control."

You and he were, buddies, weren't you? Listen. When I first joined this hospital I was strictly solo. You were first real buddy I ever had. But if you and he wish to be best buddies again, I won't stand in your way.
