I don't have a DVD burner (I am so 2001), so can't help you out with the copy...

However, you can order the DVD from [sign in to see URL] as I'm pretty sure they will ship to the states (for a fee - about $6).

It is region 2, but you can fix/hack almost all DVD players to play multi-region DVDs now. I managed it with mine and am happily watching Aqua Teen Hunger Force DVDs from the States... please don't tell the police.

Go here for info on how to do that. [sign in to see URL]

I don't think it's illegal. If it is, bite me.

If you like Darkplace that much, then you'll do this to own such a wonderful piece of art!

Yeah, just buy it yourself. It'll help the show. [sign in to see URL] (or your credit card, whatever) will convert from US dollars for you automatically if that's what you're worried about.

I'm in America too and we've bought a player (Philips DVP3040) just for watching Region 2 DVDs of all the U.K. shows we love. The cool thing is it was only about 40 dollars at Best Buy, easily hackable to being region free (see Oxfez's link or just google your own player's model) and is DIVX-enabled, so I can watch Man to Man over and over until it gets a proper DVD release. (Which it will. Right? RIGHT?)

I live in Vancouver and I picked up a multi region DVD player for around $70, whcih means I can paly the region 2 to my hearts content. I could rip it for you to region 1 though if you were truly desperate. emoticon

Region hacking is not illegal. They have to set regions to stop you paying too much tax. Then the manufacturererers secretly release the codes to make it multiregional emoticon

Well I think everyone should bite me anyway, just to be on the safe side.
