It seems that the release date is real for this time. Me and my brother are both reviewers for DVDTimes.co.uk (he does DVDs, I do hardware) and we have a "test disc" copy of the DVD.
The commentaries are hilarious and there's some really good extras as well.

Some one from channel 4 was trying to find out who the owner of the Garth Marenghi myspace (Disco Zombie I think) so they can host some 'exclusive videos'. I pointed them in the right direction and I've asked if I can have some too. I I do they'll be straight up here and on youtube.
