Or that bit when Thornton is busting Dags balls about being unauthodox after Renwick has exploded and takes his time in the middle of a 'heated' arguement to say,
'all right all right calm down'

Not so much a quote but I found it funny:
On the first episode on the graveyard scene where it pans out, you can see Thornton keep looking at the camera out of the corner of his eye and grinning.
I also liked Thornton in episode 2:
*Phone rings* "Hello? Uh-huh. Bye. Good gravy! A small bunch of objects are flying of their own accord in E Wing. *Picks up phone, and puts it down straight away* And apparently more objects are heading this way! Good-bye.... Flying objects? It beggars belief!"
The lack of emotion is hilarious
